Welcome to Our Super Sensitivity Page!
Going
gluten free is rough. We get that. But it can be even harder if you
are super sensitive to the gluten traces in your food and
environment. We understand that too.
We
also know how difficult it is to find reliable information, safe
gluten-free products, actionable guides, and specific tips for living
gluten free when the generic advice normally given to most celiacs
doesn't work.
To
solve that problem, and to assist you on your healing journey, we've
compiled a list of all of our articles and posts that are devoted to
super-sensitive celiacs. These posts will help you figure out what's
going on, sort through the complicated maze of cross-contamination,
and give you real advice and actionable tips for creating a safe
gluten-free lifestyle.

What You Need to Know to Choose a Safe Brand of Honey
For a super sensitive celiac, can you speak more to finding safe brands of things like cooking oils, and natural sweeteners like honey and agave? I'm getting sick on such things even those labeled "gluten free," and am having trouble finding certified gluten free products. I'm hoping getting down to 10 ppm will make a difference.
ReplyDeleteOkay. Thanks for the ideas. I have some research notes on oils already, so I'll do some research on honey and agave as well. Those are definitely difficult products to find safe versions of, especially for super sensitives.
